Whether you're planning an elegant reception, a high-energy prom, or a professional networking event, our customizable 360 booth adds a unique, interactive touch that guests will remember.

Our Packages
Additional Operator - $100 for 2 hours, $20 each additional hour (recommended for 120+ guests)
Digital gallery of all videos available for immediate download via QR.
A variety selection of photo paper props to use by guests while capturing 360 videos

Frequently Asked Questions
What can I expect if I want to book for an event?
We'll schedule a consultation call to discuss how our services can best fit your event needs.
You'll sign a rental agreement via DocuSign.
A $150 deposit is required to confirm your booking and is applied to the final total .
Will you travel?
For events outside the Bloomington/Normal area, we charge $0.70/mile and $50/hour round trip.
We travel up to 150 miles from our location.
What's the earliest I can book for an event?
We accept deposits for events within a 6-month window and the remainder is to be paid 14 days prior to the event.
What's the latest I can book for an event?
All bookings must be finalized at least 2 weeks before your scheduled event date.
A convenience fee applies for bookings made under 2 weeks from events scheduled date.
Is Vibe Rentalz Licensed and Insured?
Of course! We are a registered LLC with W-9 fully covered with $1,000,000 in liability insurance.
